Country aims to lift all poor communes out of poverty by 2030
In the proposed investment policy for the national target programmes on new-style rural area development and sustainable poverty alleviation for the 2026–2035 period, one specific objective set for 2030 is to ensure that 100% of poor communes nationwide are lifted out of poverty.
