For the Party organisation and building sector, this requirement is particularly significant, as the field involves a vast volume of records and data—concerning Party organisations, officials, and Party members—that demand a high degree of accuracy, consistency, and security.

Establishing Party organisations within private economic entities is a major policy of the Party, aimed at actively contributing to the stability and development of enterprises while also attending to the well-being of the workforce. Through these Party organisations, the Party's guidelines, lines, and policies are widely disseminated to employees and effectively integrated into daily operations.
