Nghe Tinh Yarn Joint Stock Company currently employs 109 workers. The Company’s Party Cell comprises 10 Party members who hold key management, professional, and technical positions.
Across all departments, these members consistently uphold a strong sense of responsibility and steadfast political integrity, actively contributing to the company's growth in alignment with the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies and laws.
Hoang Ba Khang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Nam Hong Ward Party Committee, explained that previously, the Party members were affiliated with various Party cells both within and outside the ward, making it difficult to balance professional duties with Party-related activities.
In light of this situation—and in accordance with the Charter of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, relevant central regulations and guidelines, and the proposal from Nghe Tinh Yarn Joint Stock Company—the Nam Hong Ward Party Committee reviewed the matter and unanimously decided to establish the Nghe Tinh Yarn Joint Stock Company Party Cell under the jurisdiction of the Ward Party Committee.
Hoang Ba Khang was assigned by the Standing Committee of the Nam Hong Linh Ward Party Committee to oversee and support the Party Cell during its initial establishment phase.
According to Khang, the Party Cell’s Standing Board has consistently adhered to Party regulations regarding the functions and duties of Party cells within private enterprises, assigning specific tasks to committee members and Party members alike.
They have also effectively carried out political and ideological education, raising awareness among both Party members and the broader workforce within the company.
The Party Cell has developed operational plans and maintained regular meetings in strict accordance with Party regulations. It proactively incorporates content and themes from the Politburo’s strategic resolutions into its meetings in a practical manner tailored to the enterprise’s specific characteristics—including the application of digital transformation in its operations.
Party members discuss and propose strategies for applying digital transformation to production and business activities, thereby contributing to the effective implementation of the Politburo’s Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW (dated December 22, 2024) on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.
The Company’s Party Cell coordinates with the Board of Directors to successfully execute production and business tasks, upholding its role as the political core within the enterprise.
Trinh Quoc Tai, Secretary of the Party Cell and Chairman of the Board of Directors, noted that the establishment of the Party Cell fulfils the aspirations of Party members, executives, management staff, and employees.
The Cell has effectively exercised its role as the core leadership, guiding Party members and the workforce in successfully implementing the Party’s guidelines and policies, the State’s laws and regulations, and local rules.
The Party cell and each individual Party member fully understand, grasp, and strictly implement Central Committee resolutions, thereby creating momentum for the enterprise's growth. Through the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, digital transformation has become a key strength of the unit. The company has invested over 400 billion VND in new machinery and equipment lines.
According to Trinh Quoc Tai, as the company’s products target export markets, the unit aims to adopt modern technology and manufacture high-quality products to enhance its competitiveness and standing in both domestic and international arenas.
Phan Thi Thu, Director of Nghe Tinh Yarn Joint Stock Company, stated that the company is currently accelerating the application of digitalisation in production processes and upgrading technology to improve operational efficiency. During this critical phase, the Party cell will serve as a core force in ensuring the company’s effective operation. Projected revenue for 2026 is estimated at approximately 1.2 trillion VND.
The company’s Party cell also advises the leadership on organising programmes to enhance employees' knowledge, skills, and professional capabilities. Party members are assigned to assist the leadership in workforce training, professional development, and human resource growth. Recently, the company conducted a professional competency assessment in a rigorous and objective manner, yielding positive results.
