The Party Central Committee’s Organisation Commission must focus on provide advice on and preparing personnel matters and other necessary conditions to ensure the successful 14th National Party Congress, said Politburo member and permanent member of the committee's Secretariat Tran Cam Tu on December 8.

On the morning of December 8, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member and Permanent Member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat chaired and delivered a speech directing the National Conference to review Party organisation and building work in 2025 and deploy tasks in 2026.

Member of the Party Committee of the Central Party Agencies, Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Organisation Commission, and Secretary of its Party Committee, Phan Thang An, has been named Secretary of the Cao Bang provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 tenure.
