The Political Bureau issued Regulation No. 212-QD/TW on August 17, 2026, regarding disciplinary action against Party organisations and members for violations, thereby fully superseding Regulation No. 69-QD/TW (dated July 6, 2022) and Regulation No. 264-QĐ/TW (dated February 14, 2025)—the latter of which amended and supplemented certain articles of Regulation No. 69-QD/TW.
