As the three-tier government model officially comes into operation nationwide and directives from the Party Central Committee can reach the grassroots within hours through integrated databases and shared digital platforms, renewing the Party's leadership and governance methods is no longer a theoretical proposition confined to policy papers.

Party General Secretary To Lam chaired a working session with editorial teams on the review of 100 years of the Party’s leadership of the Vietnamese revolution and 40 years of implementing the Platform for National Construction during the transition to socialism, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters on March 4.
