Party General Secretary To Lam chaired a working session with editorial teams on the review of 100 years of the Party’s leadership of the Vietnamese revolution and 40 years of implementing the Platform for National Construction during the transition to socialism, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters on March 4.

The documents of the 14th National Party Congress emphasise the need to “continue to strongly renew the Party’s leadership and ruling methods under the new conditions,” including enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Party’s leadership and ruling capacity.

On behalf of the Party Central Committee, Permanent member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Tran Cam Tu signed and issued Directive No. 56-CT/TW dated December 24, 2025, on strengthening the Party’s leadership over the signing and implementation of international commitments.

The 20th theory seminar between the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) and the Communist Party of China (CPC) was held in the northern province of Ninh Binh on November 12 under the theme “The path and practice of socialism in the 21st century.”
