The policy framework for developing strategic technologies is gradually being completed, together with mechanisms for commissioning, funding, piloting, and supporting businesses. The current challenge lies in putting these mechanisms into practice, creating specific products, improving the capacity to master technologies, and enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnamese businesses.
