The fourth meeting of the National Steering Committee implementing the Politburo’s Resolution 68 on private economic development was held in Ha Noi on January 31 under the chair of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Head of the National Steering Committee.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, head of the national steering committee for implementing the Politburo’s Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on private economic development, chaired the committee’s first meeting on August 4 evening.
