Viet Nam–China relations have continued to develop in a comprehensive and substantive manner, delivering tangible benefits to the people of both countries, Chinese Ambassador to Viet Nam He Wei said at a press briefing in Ha Noi on December 29.

No Vietnamese citizens have so far been reported among the victims of a deadly apartment building fire in Hong Kong (China), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) confirmed during its regular press briefing on November 27.

Vietnamese nationals residing, working, and studying in Israel and Iran need to strictly follow the host countries' security and safety guidelines as well as maintain regular contact with the Vietnamese representative offices in these nations, she said.

As challenges are on the horizon, the Government outlined several missions and measures for the final six months of the year, including closely monitoring the operations of two-tier local government model, implementing regulations on decentralisation and authority distribution to provide timely guidance and resolve local bottlenecks, ensuring smooth settlement of administrative procedures.
