Top Cuban leader commits greater incentives for Vietnamese enterprises

Developing ties with China is a strategic, natural choice: PM

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with Zhao Leji, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC) of China, in Ha Noi on September 2, during which he affirmed that developing relations with China is an objective necessity, a strategic and natural choice, and a top priority in Viet Nam’s foreign policy.
