Viet Nam has officially broken into the global Top 50 startup ecosystems for the first time marks a new stage in the country’s innovation journey. Yet the next benchmark will not be sheer numbers of startups, but the capacity to build firms that master core technologies and generate fresh competitive value for the economy.
