Party General Secretary To Lam chaired a meeting of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat in Ha Noi on February 24 to review a report on key issues in implementing the Secretariat’s Directive No. 55 on organising the Lunar New Year (Tet) celebrations, during which he urged the entire political system to immediately return to work at full pace without delay.
