The rapid growth of short films on digital platforms is creating greater opportunities for creativity and audience engagement, but it is also raising a number of concerns. The Cinema Department under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has asked platforms to review their operations and prevent the distribution of content that does not fully comply with regulations.

As many as 123 best films of Vietnamese and the world’s cinema will be introduced to audiences at the sixth Hanoi International Film Festival (HANIFF), starting from November 8.
