The Ministry of Construction and the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Policies and Strategies, in coordination with central ministries, agencies, and development partners, held the Viet Nam Sustainable Urban Development Forum 2025 in Ha Noi on November 5, under the theme “Developing Smart, Sustainable, and Inclusive Cities in Viet Nam”.

“Smart cities are those that place science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation at their very core,” said Hoang Huu Hanh, Deputy Director General of the National Authority of Digital Transformation under the Ministry of Science and Technology, at the Viet Nam Sustainable Urban Development Forum 2025 held on November 5.
