Ensuring streamlined organisational structures and improved service quality

Following a brief implementation period, by July 15, Dien Bien province had completed the reorganisation of public service units across various departments and agencies. This initiative aimed to streamline operations, reduce intermediate administrative layers, and enhance the efficiency of public service delivery. It represents a significant shift in management practices, resource allocation, and the way services are provided to the public.

Nearly 30 trillion VND disbursed to employees during apparatus streamlining

In an effort to streamline the administrative apparatus and ensure benefits for officials, public employees, and civil servants who leave their positions due to organisational restructuring, as of June 30 the Ministry of Finance had disbursed approximately 29.8 trillion VND to around 27,900 personnel who have been made redundant under the regulation.
