General Secretary To Lam and his spouse, together with a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, have successfully concluded their state visit to Laos to attend a ceremony marking the 50th National Day of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and co-chair a high-level meeting between the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) and the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP).
