Over the past more than 50 years, Viet Nam and India have worked together to nurture a close, enduring, and comprehensive friendship, with cooperation growing increasingly substantive and in-depth. This historically rich relationship is a valuable shared asset, cherished, preserved, and passed on to younger generations by the people of the two countries, thereby bringing practical benefits to each country’s development while contributing to regional and global peace, stability and cooperation.

Cambodian media, including the Agence Kampuchea Presse (AKP), gave prominent coverage to the official visit to Viet Nam by Cambodian President National Assembly Samdech Khuon Sudary, affirming that the visit helped further strengthen the good neighbourliness, traditional friendship, comprehensive cooperation and long-term sustainability between the two countries.
