Vietnamese Ambassador to Egypt and Tunisia Nguyen Nam Duong paid a working visit to Tunisia from September 6-8 to promote bilateral cooperation and strengthen connections between the two countries’ authorities and business communities.

Tunisia is emerging as a dynamic market and a gateway to North Africa and the wider Arab–African region, offering significant opportunities for Vietnamese exports, particularly agricultural and industrial products, according to the Viet Nam Trade Office in Algeria, which is concurrently in charge of Tunisia.

State President Luong Cuong on October 3 received the Ambassadors of Finland and Canada and the non-resident Ambassadors of Jamaica, Tunisia, Slovenia and Tajikistan to Viet Nam who came to present their letters of credentials.
