The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Viet Nam and the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) have agreed to expand cooperation for the 2025–2030 period, with a focus on green transformation and enhancement of global competitiveness.

The Government of Viet Nam and the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) on April 20 announced a new country cooperation programme, marking a major step forward in their long-standing partnership to promote inclusive and sustainable industrial development in Viet Nam.

A working delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam, led by Deputy Foreign Minister Le Anh Tuan, conducted a series of cooperation activities with United Nations bodies in Vienna, Austria, from July 14 to 18.
