Ha Noi Convention: Global pact to boost cooperation in combating cybercrime

The United Nations Convention against Cybercrime, known as the Ha Noi Convention, includes legal and technical cooperation mechanisms such as information exchange, investigation assistance, extradition, recovery of illicit assets, and sharing of training and capacity-building experience in cybersecurity, according to Vietnamese Ambassador to Algeria Tran Quoc Khanh.

World leaders to attend the opening ceremony of Ha Noi Convention

As of October 6, the Government of Viet Nam had received confirmations from nearly 100 countries and over 100 international and regional organisations to attend the Opening for the Signature of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime (the Ha Noi Convention), with the participation of numerous heads of state, government leaders, and ministers.
