The Viet Nam Fatherland Front (VFF) will continue promoting people-to-people diplomacy to help deepen the special friendship between Viet Nam and Russia through the effective implementation of high-level agreements, VFF Vice President and General Secretary Ha Thi Nga has said.

The Friendship Order, the highest distinction granted by the Vietnamese State to foreigners, has been bestowed upon Anatoli Dmitrievich Artamonov, Chair of the Federation Council Committee on the Budget and Financial Markets and former Governor of Kaluga Oblast.
