A symposium on socio-economic and scientific and technological development of Viet Nam in the 21st century in Russia has spotlighted broad prospects for cooperation between the two countries amid a rapidly evolving multipolar global order.

Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung acknowledged the potential of cooperation between Vietnamese localities and Russia’s Perm Krai in processing industry, energy, chemicals, education – training, and people-to-people exchanges during a reception for Governor Dmitry Makhonin in Ha Noi on March 24.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh had a meeting with the staff of the Vietnamese Embassy and representatives of the Vietnamese community in Russia in Moscow on late March 22 (local time), part of his official visit to Russia.

Viet Nam always attaches great importance to its Comprehensive Strategic Partnership with Russia, considering it one of the top priorities in its foreign policy, affirmed Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha.
