Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Dang Hoang Giang, who also serves as head of the ASEAN Senior Officials' Meeting (SOM) delegation of Viet Nam, hosted a reception for British Ambassador Iain Frew in Ha Noi on March 24 to discuss the ASEAN – UK cooperation and Viet Nam – UK ties.

Minister of Finance Nguyen Van Thang is leading a delegation to attend investment promotion events in the UK and Italy from September 14 to 21, aiming at bolstering collaboration in the areas of finance, investment, and trade to develop the Viet Nam – Europe ties in a deeper and more substantive fashion.
