Viet Nam currently has around 8 million people with disabilities. Of these, more than 90% own digital devices and regularly access the internet, yet 52% still do not know how to use search tools or accessibility technologies. The substantial demand for digital skills training, increased support and better conditions for social integration among people with disabilities requires new and innovative approaches.
