This is also the first time that Tuyen Quang has exported its agricultural products to the international market.

The shipment includes guava tea, male papaya flowers mixed with honey, and soft dried bananas from Yen Son District; catjang tea bags from Chiem Hoa District; and lime and kumquat syrup from Ham Yen District.

RYB, the exporting company, is responsible for product packaging and shipping to the UK.

According to RYB Director Nguyen Thanh Huong, in addition to the six abovementioned products, the company plans to export around 10,000-15,000 Soi Ha pomelos in late October.

Ha Giang Vice Chairman Nguyen The Giang stated that the total value of goods exported in the first batch of 2024 is small, but it marks the initial step in an effort to bring the province’s key agricultural products to the world.

In the coming time, the province’s agricultural sector will step up the certification of safety for local products and production in accordance with Vietnamese and global good agricultural practices to ensure the highest quality for export.
