Viet Nam congratulates newly elected RoK Prime Minister

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on July 4 sent a message of congratulations to Kim Min Seok on his appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea (RoK).

Diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the RoK were established on December 22, 1992, and elevated to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in 2022.
