Vietnam extends condolences to Côte d’Ivoire

Upon receiving news of the passing of Côte d’Ivoire Prime Minister Hamed Bakayoko, General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong sent a message of condolences to Côte d’Ivoire President Alassane Ouattara on March 11.
