The event was jointly held by the VNU University of Economics and Business, the Vietnam - Republic of Korea Friendship Association, Pusan National University and the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam.
The forum was intended to highlight the achievements of the Republic of Korea’s (ROK) developmental state and the lessons that Vietnam can learn from in the current development context.
It also helped promote comprehensive economic and trade cooperation, aligned with education and training, science and technology, environmental protection and climate change adaptation.
The forum provided policy, financial, technical and social solutions, towards the goal of promoting green transformation, digital transformation and sustainable development in Vietnam and the ROK.
Topics under discussion at the forum included digital transformation, start-up and innovation in Vietnam and the ROK, the green economy development in Vietnam and the ROK, and culture, education and sports cooperation between the two countries.
Experts also discussed the Vietnam-ROK economic and trade relationship towards the green and creative economy and policy recommendations for Vietnam.
