The annual event is being held by Vietnam National Trade Fair and Advertising SJC (Vinexad) under the Ministry of Industry and Trade in partnership with the Ho Chi Minh City Medical Equipment Association in a bid to boost trade promotion and foster the medical and pharmaceutical market in Vietnam.
More than 400 domestic and international enterprises have registered to attend the event with a showcase of 450 booths across an area of about 10,000m2.
Seminars, business matching and vip buyer programmes will be included within the framework of the exhibition which is expected to welcome 10,000 visitors.
According to Vinexad, the exhibition will display five groups of products, including pharmaceuticals, functional foods, processing and packaging machinery; medical machinery and equipment; equipment for analysis and experiments; hospital furniture and services and medical tourism; dental and ophthalmic equipment; and cosmetics, cosmetology, and beauty equipment.
In particular, visitors will have an opportunity to discover the latest medical technology, breakthrough healthcare solutions, and reliable health products.
