The index closed 4.08 points higher after gaining 6.84 points yesterday.
The HNX-Index at the Hanoi Stock Exchange, where mid and small-caps list, was down 0.16%, while the UPCoM-Index at the Unlisted Public Companies Market was up by 0.25%.
Trading on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HoSE) fell by 2% to 18.19 trillion VND (773.22 million USD).
