VN-Index drops for three consecutive days

VN-Index decreased 0.71% to 1,102.30 points on December 15, the third consecutive session falling.

The index closed 7.83 points lower after dropping 4.07 points in the previous session.

Trading on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange expanded by 8% to 15.89 trillion VND (655.12 million USD).

The VN-30 basket, including the 30 largest capped stocks, saw 20 tickers fell.

Foreign investors were net sellers to the tune of 1.47 trillion VND, mainly selling HPG of Hoa Phat Group and MWG of Mobile World.

The HNX-Index for stocks on the Hanoi Stock Exchange dropped 0.09%, while the UPCoM-Index for the Unlisted Public Companies Market fell 0.21%.
