The contest also sought to inspire patriotism, civic responsibility, and pride while encouraging creativity in literature and arts on the themes of the armed forces, revolutionary warfare, and the image of Uncle Ho’s soldiers. It aimed to motivate artists to continue their creative efforts, contributing to the development of national literature and arts.
