The factory will specialise in manufacturing high-end ceiling fans and related components, including motors and fan blades made from metal, wood, and plastic.
With a total investment of over 3 trillion VND (approximately 120 million USD), the project covers an area of 15.6 hectares.
In phase one, the facility will produce 2.8 million ceiling fans, 800,000 fan motors, and 1.2 million fan blades annually. Phase two will add another 1.4 million ceiling fans, 400,000 motors, and 600,000 blades per year.
Construction of phase one is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2025, followed by machinery installation and trial operations, with full-scale production starting in the fourth quarter of 2025. Phase two will commence in the first quarter of 2028 and is slated for completion by the third quarter of 2028, with operations beginning in the fourth quarter of the same year.
