Indonesia’s A. Hadi earned silver with 177kg, while Thailand’s Boonyang Buttrom took bronze with 115kg.
Viet Nam’s Luong Hoang Thong placed fourth with lifts of 93kg, 100kg, and 108kg.
By the end of the day, Viet Nam had collected eight golds (seven in swimming and one in powerlifting), along with five silvers and six bronzes, all from swimming.
