Viet Nam’s delegation enjoyed another impressive day of competition at the 13th ASEAN Para Games in Thailand on January 23, adding 10 more gold medals and setting new records in swimming.

Viet Nam claimed another gold medal at the 13th ASEAN Para Games on January 21, with swimmer Vi Thi Hang delivering an impressive performance and breaking the Games record in the women’s 50m backstroke (S6–S7).

The 13th ASEAN Para Games will officially open in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, on the evening of January 20.

A ceremony to see off the Vietnamese sport delegation to compete at the 13th ASEAN Para Games in Thailand from January 15-27, was held at Noi Bai International Airport in Ha Noi on January 15.

The 13th ASEAN Para Games, scheduled for January 15-27 in Nakhon Ratchasima province of Thailand, is expected to be a fiercely competitive arena, bringing together the region’s top athletes with disabilities.
