The 10-episode series revolves around the daily life stories of the families of two little children, Bi and Bong.

The series is a collection of stories providing viewers with knowledge to recognise types of natural disasters and skills to prevent, respond, and overcome the consequences of natural disasters such as storms, tropical depressions, flash floods, and landslides in a child-friendly and accessible way.

‘Safe for children’ is broadcast on Vietnam Television Channel VTV3 at 17:50 every Saturday and Sunday, with playback on the VTV5 channel at 10:25 every Monday and Friday.

The project was produced by Times Media in coordination with UNICEF Vietnam and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development’s Disaster and Dike Management Authority with support from the Government of Japan.
