Enterprises, cooperatives and household businesses receive support amid pandemic

The Government issued Resolution No.105/NQ-CP on September 9 to support enterprises, cooperatives and business households in the context of the COVID-19 epidemic.

The objective of the resolution is to focus on restoring and developing production and business activities of enterprises, cooperatives and business households in association with ensuring safety in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic; and promptly providing support and removing the difficulties, obstacles and bottlenecks hindering production and business activities, thus minimising the number of enterprises, cooperatives and household businesses that are temporarily suspended or dissolved due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Government decided on four main groups of tasks and solutions including the drastic and effective implementation of measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic, while at the same time creatingfavourable conditions for businesses, cooperatives and household businesses to restore, maintain and develop production and business activities in association with ensuring safety for epidemic prevention and control.

Other groups of tasks and solutions include ensuring stable production and safe circulation of goods toovercome supply chain disruption; offering support to cut costs and remove financial and cash flow difficulties for businesses, cooperatives and household businesses; and creating favourable conditions for workers and experts.
