Congratulations sent to chair of All-Belarusian People's Assembly

Vietnamese Acting President Vo Thi Anh Xuan on April 25 sent a message of congratulations to Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko on his election as the chair of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly.
