The Ministry of Industry and Trade is assigned to take responsibility for the draft law’s contents, as well as to complie reports and explanations in response to comments from the National Assembly Standing Committee and Government members, and to review and finalise the draft law in accordance with regulations.
Based on this, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, under authorisation from the Prime Minister, will act on behalf of the Government to sign reports and documents submitted to the National Assembly and its Standing Committee, ensuring both quality and timely progress as required.
The Minister of Industry and Trade is also tasked with proactively reporting and explaining to the National Assembly and its relevant bodies as prescribed, taking responsibility for the incorporation and explanation of feedback, and promptly reporting to the Prime Minister on any issues that arise beyond his authority.
