Chef Paul Valenzuela from JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort and Spa in the US, along with the talented chefs from the JW Café restaurant of the JW Marriott Hanoi, will introduce hamburger – a famous food from the US.

The mix of sweetness of the beef, the strong taste of blue cheese from America, the sour taste of pickled cucumber, the pungency of onion and the cool taste of tomatoes and lettuce will give guests a feel for the flavour of American cuisine.

Visitors will also have the chance to enjoy baked beef marinated with famous American spices, including birch syrup.

The festival also features numerous other famous American foods from different localities including Southwest spicy beef, grilled chopped crab from Maryland, Boston’s creamy seafood soup and traditional apple pie for dessert.

The US Cuisine Festival is taking place from noon to 2:30pm and from 6pm to 10pm every day at prices from VND770,000 (US$34.26) per person.
