The programme will feature a wide range of festivals and activities, providing visitors with seaside and resort experiences, delectable cuisine, and vibrant shopping opportunities.
Prominent activities include the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival, a sea festival, the Ironman 70.3 Vietnam triathlon, the Asian Film Festival, the Da Nang Fantastic Festival, and the Da Nang International Marathon.
During the programme, visitors to the city can also take part in assorted night-time entertainment activities, such as the Dragon Bridge's fire and water shows every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, tourist boat cruises on the Han River, and the Son Tra night market.
The city’s hospitality sector has coordinated with local tourist sites, resorts, restaurants and spas, to offer 10,000 vouchers for visitors at local hotspots.
In addition, the ‘Happy Hour’ initiative provides enticing discounts and promotions for visitors at various establishments, including trade centres, supermarkets, and shopping venues.
To date, the programme has attracted the participation of more than 200 businesses operating in the tourism sector of the city.
The programme aims to promote Da Nang City as an attractive, safe and hospitable destination for visitors at home and abroad, particularly those from key markets such as the Republic of Korea (RoK), Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, and China.
