According to the Da Nang Investment Promotion Agency, the central city is now home to nearly 20 firms directly engaged in trade and business with Thailand. Two-way trade reached nearly 45 million USD a year during 2018-2020. In ASEAN, Thailand is the second biggest trade partner of the city.
