The Viet Nam Golden Star Awards honour Vietnamese enterprises and brands in international integration. The Prime Minister assigned the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee, the Viet Nam Youth Federation Central Committee and the Viet Nam Young Entrepreneurs Association Central Committee to preside over the organisation of the awards from 2003.
The awards have attracted more than 6,500 enterprise registrations for voting, through which more than 2,500 outstanding brands and products have been honoured.
Dang Hong Anh, Chairman of the Viet Nam Young Entrepreneurs Association, said: “This is the time for the organising board of the awards to look back objectively and comprehensively at the real values the awards have brought to enterprises, thereby assessing the effectiveness of accompanying activities over the past time.”
Beyond honouring enterprises, the awards need to continue promoting its role as a platform for connecting, supporting and driving the development of Vietnamese enterprises amid increasingly deep integration and competition, Dang Hong Anh shared.
Specifically, the survey results will serve as an important basis for further improving the criteria, enhancing the quality and transparency of the awards, while developing more practical enterprise support programmes in trade promotion, brand development, digital transformation, innovation and international integration.
The survey focuses on assessing the values the awards have brought to enterprises, such as impacts on revenue, market expansion, increases in customers and partners, enhanced brand recognition, as well as the effectiveness of communication activities, trade connections and support for enterprises after being honoured.
It also records enterprises’ proposals on the voting criteria system, award categories, trade promotion, investment connectivity, training and the development of the Viet Nam Golden Star business ecosystem in the coming time.
