Gold price on July 17: SJC gold bar price unexpectedly surges by over 3 million VND per tael, after over one month of stability

The current domestic price of SJC’s gold bars unexpectedly surged by 3 million VND to 80 million VND per tael, while SJC’s gold rings price increased to 77.5 million VND per tael.

Amidst the context of continuously rising global gold prices, setting new records, SJC’s gold bar price unexpectedly increased by 3.02 million VND to 80 million VND per tael for selling and 2.52 million VND, listed at 78.5 million VND for buying.

Meanwhile, SJC’s gold rings were bought for 76 million VND and sold at 77.5 million VND per tael.

In Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, the buying and selling prices of gold bars at DOJI, were 78.5 million VND and 80 million VND per tael, respectively. This brand listed the price of Doji Hung Thinh Vuong 9999 gold rings at 76.35 million VND and 77.55 million VND per tael, respectively.

The prices of PNJ gold were listed at 76.1 million VND and 76.98 million VND per tael, respectively.

As of 9:30 am on July 18, the global price of gold slightly decreased by 7.8 USD compared to the previous session, to 2,460.3 USD per ounce.
