In a telegram, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said 2025 is a year of special significance as it is the final year of the 2021-2025 socio-economic development plan, which aims to lay the foundation for the country to enter a new era.
As such, he asked deputy prime ministers, ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies to organise delegations to work with localities on efforts to achieve a growth rate of at least 8% in 2025.
The central government’s working delegations will also work with localities to review unresolved issues and outline solutions to deal with bottlenecks to businesses, public investment disbursement and infrastructure construction, among others.
The results of the working sessions must be reported to the prime minister no later than three days after the end of the working trips.
