With the goal of becoming the cultural and tourist centre of the Capital, Tay Ho is focusing on effectively exploiting the potential of West Lake and its unique cultural heritages.

The Party Secretary of Tay Ho Ward, Nguyen Dinh Khuyen, said: “The Party Committee of the Ward has issued an action programme based on 5 key tasks, 2 breakthroughs and key solutions for the new term. We call on the entire Party Committee, the political system and all classes of people in the area to unite, uphold the spirit of responsibility, and compete to successfully implement the Congress Resolution.”

To concretise the goals and tasks, not to let the resolution remain on paper, the Party Secretary of Phu Thuong Ward, Nguyen Quoc Ha, requested that each cadre and party member consider the implementation of the resolution as an honour, a political responsibility, to complete the tasks and targets set by the Congress, striving to build Phu Thuong Ward to develop more sustainably.

Meanwhile, Lang Ward Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Dan suggested that in the coming time, the dissemination and implementation of the Congress Resolution should be organised carefully, practically and effectively; associated with the development and implementation of action plans and programs of grassroots Party organisations and units to implement the Congress Resolution in accordance with the characteristics, situation and political tasks of each organisation, agency and unit.

All cadres and Party members in the Ward Party Committee need to grasp the basic contents, thereby widely propagating; raising awareness and unifying thoughts and actions in the Party Committee and the people to successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress.

Recently, the Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam Ward Party Committee also organised a training conference on implementing Party administrative procedures on the Public Service Portal. At the same time, the team was deployed to guide Party members of residential area Party cells to register information and pay Party fees online.

Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam Ward Party Committee Secretary Do Trong Nam emphasised that the application of information technology and promotion of digital transformation in Party administrative procedures is both an important task to implement the policies of the Central Committee and the City Party Committee, and an urgent need to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Party organisations.

Currently, the City Party Committee Office has successfully integrated 4 Party administrative procedures onto the national public service portal, including: collection and payment of Party fees; get comments from Party cells and Party chapters on their Party members performing their duties at their place of residence; transfer official Party activities; transfer temporary Party activities.

Putting these procedures online helps increase accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in updating information and is consistent with the orientation of building a digital Government and digital Party members.

“The Party Committee of Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam Ward is determined to be one of the first wards in the capital to complete 100% of online Party fee collection,” said Nam.

Right at the conference, the ward youth union members and Party Committee officials directly guided the installation and operation for the residential area Party cell secretaries and Party members attending the training. Many Party members, especially senior officials, were promptly supported to log in and successfully use the utilities on the Public Service Portal.

With new momentum and determination, it is believed that the Party Committees and people of the communes and wards will turn the resolution into a driving force for development, creating important breakthroughs, contributing to building a wealthy, civilised and modern Capital city.
