Specifically, the City People’s Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the City Police, the Department of Finance, the People’s Committee of Dong Anh Commune, Vingroup,and related units to organise traffic routes, increase bus routes connecting the city centre, the east, west, south, and north, and Noi Bai airport with the National ExhibitionCentre, serving the needs of travel and exhibition visits.
Units shall arrange parking locations, parking lots and organise internal traffic; install a system of signs, guide vehicles and people to move within the premises of the National Exhibition Centre; ensure technical infrastructure conditions to serve public passenger transport, the people,and visitors to the exhibition.
During the implementation process, based on the actual situation, the competent authorities shall proactively adjust the traffic organisation plan and bus routes accordingly; as well as promptly advise, propose, and report to the City People’s Committee for consideration and direction on matters beyond its authority.
