Nhan Dan – The Hanoi People’s Committee held a ceremony on August 6 at the Hanoi Museum to receive 33 pieces of coral as gifts from the High Command of the Naval Force and the people of the Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelago in Khanh Hoa province. The coral on display in Hanoi has great significance in raising Hanoians’ awareness of preserving and defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country’s sea and islands.

In the days approaching the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo of the Horse, I had the opportunity to accompany the E-917 helicopter squadron on a flight over the southern land. From an altitude of 1,500 m, at a speed of 200 km per hour, the land of the Mekong Delta appears like a gigantic masterpiece. The space here seems more vibrant, the colors fresher, and people’s hearts more overflowing.
