The Communist Party of Vietnam was founded on February 3, 1930. Just one month after this momentous event, the Hanoi Party Committee was established on March 17, 1930. Under the leadership of the Party, headed by President Ho Chi Minh, the Hanoi Municipal Party Committee and its people have always upheld a tradition of unity and relentless struggle for national liberation, contributing to the protection of the country’s sovereignty and the development of the capital city. |
