Ho Chi Minh City finished second with three golds, two silvers and three bronzes, followed by Thai Binh province with two golds and a silver.
The seven-day tournament attracted more than 100 players from 22 teams across the country competing in boys' and girls' singles, doubles, and mixed doubles events in 16 and 17-18 age groups.
The event was co-organised by the Vietnam Badminton Federation and the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
